Aghast. Third parties let this provider down. Delivery of modem - terrible. Chorus connected the wrong house.
Cons:
Slow jittery service. Streaming stutters. No where near the down of 100mps more like 44mps. Didnt connect on the due date - connected 5 days after. Threatened with a fee if a tech came out. Only to discover Chorus had s ...read more

Great, very happy, I had a few questions and they were able to help me right away. Easy to set up, they do it all for you! I applied Wednesday and will be connected on Monday, less than a week! Thanks, will surely recommend

Easy, fast connection
Cons:
I would like to have fibre but will have to wait to get consent from other property tenants. Nothing of which they can control really

After only 1 day of normal work, the Internet connection was lost. It was restored only after 3 days of waiting! It was agreed that first 3 months will be free. But after 1.5 weeks of service I received a bill for $333!!! Contacted their bill department – no response at all during 24 hours.

how come any telephone provider has got broadband when there is legally none at all when there is no broadband inthe USa well how come NEW ZEALAND and AUSTRALIA can be the only contries to sell it

Signed up, advised I was using my own modem, connected and can't, asked for SIP password, advised they don't give that. Why not tell me that when I said I was using my OWN modem one of the 3 times I called?

I moved to orcon vdsl plan recently. The price offered is very competitive and there are no installation charge.
Pros:
prompt fault resolution and customer care service is good.
Cons:
