If I could give them -10 for customer service I would. They are virtually useless at getting a device connected. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Cheap one year contract with 50% off first 6 months

I don't think they know how to run a business. Sent my modem out not requiring a signature since I wasn't home they sent it back and not to the local post office for me to pick up the next day... So now my service will b ...read more

The change has been horrible. I am still being billed by Slingshot. Orcon says they have started my new account hence started my billing yet I cannot access internet. It is so frustrating, I would not recommend anyone to change their provider in the future.

Do not get orcon! Our internet hasn't worked for 4 weeks and we have phobed then numerous times and our internet remains unfixed. Very unhelpful, very unreliable. Do not recommend!!
