When trying to change to a different plan, after 12 years with same provider, I hag T.V. cut off with no warning, and no assistance from Vodafone to re-instate situation.

I have found all aspects of Vodafone very poor, speeds have been erratic and nowhere near what they promise; Support is extremely difficult with English not being the first language of most of the support staff. I am hoping for a better experience

This was a VDSL connection. During the past year speeds have slowed to the point of being useless, forcing me to use my phone (2 Degrees ) as a hotspot to continue working or to stream anything. Vodafone could have upgraded the connection but didn't, meaning that it was poor value for money.

I was with Ihug and was swept up into vodaphone when they took over. They were ok to begin with but the service and assistance they could give was always less than great. Over time they have just gotten worse and more and more costly. I do not have the option of fibre and $95 for 80gb is rather exorbitant these days.

When we signed up for fiber with Vodafon, we received a new modem for the old copper.
It seems that every one is doing all sorts of deals to get new customers, but nothing to keep there existing ones?
With the copper we had no problem with speed or reliability so never had any issues with Vodafone.

Long-term customer leaving Vodafone as they only offer Fibre signup deals to NEW customers.
No complaints about the service, but one gets punished for loyalty these days

Worst customer service and problem shooting procedure.
I was paying for someone else's bill for 6 months as my direct debit was registered to another person's account. I had to repeat myself to explain what was wrong to 5 different people, being transferred over and over again. I always need to give myself an hour+ to talk to the customer service team on the phone. Eventually took me a week to finally talk to someone who knows what went wrong and can get the money refunded.

It seems like the rumour about using bad service as a customer strategy is true.
The will make anyone else's customer service seem amazing
Beware if you have any problems. Multiple phonecalls and hours wasted as you get assured things will get sorted - and then let down. Time and time and time again.
