Quic have been great for the most part, but I've had issues regarding consistent connectivity for the every time I've been with them. Some of it has been their fault, and they do their best to communicate that with their users via their incredibly active Discord server, and some of it has been my fault due to faulty hardware that I wasn't able to diagnose until changing ISPs. They've had packet loss issues for quite a while but credit where due, they're working on that one.

Genuinely tries their best to be communicative, great prices

Major packet loss, which they're working on, major reliability issues south of Christchurch

Quic is techie nirvana, if you run a home lab, this is the ISP you have been looking for. Great community of like minded people on Discord.

Pros

Cheap static's and multiple IP's up to /28, user managed RDNS, user accessible ONT diagnostics.

Cons

Minimal support, occasional growing pains.

Avoid unless your friends with the staff.
What your getting is the scraps of Vettas network which then goes to staff and there friends, your left with what ever is left over.
I was getting disconnections when downloading 80GB which they said was there ddos protection. And during peak hours speeds dropped to 100mbit on a 2/2G plan. Got the run around for months. Geek-focused ISP that gets out of your way if you know what you’re doing! Lots of features that aren’t offered (easily) at other ISPs, so long as you’re okay with none of the hand-holding with setting up your own stuff.
