Was looking for more affordable broadband, changed to Simply Broadband this year and haven't had any problems. They've also just changed my plan from 50/10 Mbps to 100/20 Mbps for free. Very happy.

I'm happy with Simply Broadband (Fibre Essential 100/20). Single person household, net browsing, movie/TV streaming. Cheapest I could find and no contract. I had an issue after I reset my router and the support was great. No complaints.

I am really happy.
I have not had any probs with speed, and yet I am not paying for the highest level. BUT Simply BB has just advised that they will bump me up to a higher level for free!!!!!

Simply Broadband offers an amazing price on internet service without compromising on quality, stability, or customer support. The Internet is fast and stable. The NZ based team responds to my emails quickly, usually within the same working day, and promptly solved all the issues. The BYO modem setup manual is clear and easy to follow. Invoices are honest and transparent, with no hidden fees or shady charges.
