Terrible untrustworthy company, they will double charge you, fail to apply discounts, spring price increases on you and deny any wrongdoing via their tech support.

I would not be suprised if they are breaking the law.

Terrible experience overall. Closed my account and specifically asked for my CC details to be removed - they were not and $99 charge taken "in error" without any invoice or notification months later. Products are not as advertised, and customer service is completely worthless if you can even contact them.

I have been with 2degrees over a decade on fibre and mobile and they have always come to the party and have delivered excellent service. So really cannot fault them.
