I’m really glad I switched from Vodafone to Simply Broadband. The whole process was easy, the customer service has been great, and it’s refreshing to deal with a New Zealand-owned company that keeps things simple and affordable.

Even better — they’ve just boosted my Fibre Plus plan from 300/100 to 500/100 Mbps for free. No hidden fees, no fine print, just a nice surprise that shows they actually look after their customers.

Wow, here's a surprise a company who talks in the phone to it customers! No recorded questions to answer, or looooong holds. My other provider Skinny was absolutely abysmal to deal with. These guys answered a phone call and bought my connection date forward a week and had it all done in a few hours as promised, the internet was on. Mind blown. These guys are the best!
