I should never ever change from 2degree to this brand. So bad especially the speed. My package is 300/100, but never get over 30mbps, and spend most of my time to configure modem following support team instruction, however it is still not work.

An ISP for geeks, by geeks. Getting a high speed to the closest speedtest server is only going skin deep. This lot don't just resell someone else's network, they've built their own. Since most customers want to deploy their own modem they don't bother sending out "free" ewaste. I found Quic in 2023 after some ups and downs with 2degrees. It definitely seems their service prioritises the experience of their customers above almost all else. Great ISP for people who are technology focused, if you are running a homelab or want to be hosting all your own services this is the ISP for you! Provides much more advanced features to other ISP's and doesn't force you to use a lame provided "router" that you end up paying for and never using. Staff are quick to action any major issues and give you complete transparancy when it's needed!

Quic has been pretty solid and when it hasn't the support team on their discord has been open about the issues and updates. Speeds have been fine! There is no "normal help desk", this is a ISP for nerds/geeks though!

Good updates from discord, good speeds, good features like RDNS, ONT diagnostics, etc.

Cons

None, unless you need a traditional help desk/need your hand help when issues happen.
