Absolutely astounded - in this day and age where everything goes up in price, I just got an email from Simply Broadband stating that they are upgrading my Fibre speed for free. The price was already competitive, hence why I chose Simply Broadband in the first place, and the switchover was seamless. What a pleasant surprise, and a welcome change in attitude compared to my previous provider.

Pros

Value, simplicity, no contract, and treating users like actual humans rather than walking wallets.

Cons

If I *had* to pick something, I did have trouble getting them on the phone, but support via email was quick.

I got out of Spark a very long time ago,too expensive,I was with them for a very long time,sky broadbandd is the same,they are in-the Phillipines they dnt write every thing down

I recently switched to Simply Broadband and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
If you feel lost in New Zealand’s barren sea of soulless corporate ISPs, look no further!
Simply Broadband is the island paradise you’ve been searching for; with reliable, high speed internet and quality customer service!
My only advice is to buy a quality router.
I’m using a TP-AX72 and it performs flawlessly.

I wish I’d read the reviews on broadband compare before signing up. Beware the connection fee, it’s neither justified nor refundable. Their communications were poor from the outset and their website is poor. They asked me to update my phone contact but the user account pages / profile very minimal. No phone support service and the webchat form was only alive during enrolment but not there for support, so it's coms only by email and it felt like communicating with an AI robot. ...read more
